Training by Scott — Free Arms & Core Circuit
One session. 45 minutes. Full gym. No excuses.
This is a free taste of what Training by Scott is about. A single arms and core circuit built from real workouts I have done on the ship and in the gym — no filler, no fluff, just 45 minutes of work that will leave you with a pump and a reason to come back for more.
I only target arms once every other week. But when I do, I blast them. This is that session.
What's inside:
5 minute warm-up and activation
Three bicep and tricep supersets — barbell curls, incline curls, skull crushers, diamond push-ups, cable extensions
45 lb plate shoulder circuit — around the worlds, curl to press, high pulls
Volume finisher — 60 dips and 30 pull-ups in as few sets as possible
Core block — 2 mins each of flutter kicks, Russian twists, and ab rollouts
Bonus 14 min EMOM — toes to bar and band crunches
Who this is for: Anyone who wants to train with intensity and actually feel the work. Beginner or advanced — scale the weights, keep the structure.
Equipment needed: Barbell, dumbbells, cable machine, pull-up bar, dip bars, ab roller.
